Tom (Dick) is one of two hyenas working for Claw (Bubu). They commissioned Ocean Productions in Vancouver, Canada, to produce an English dub of the series.Įpisodes 2 and 3 were not dubbed for the English-speaking market mostly due to the content, despite having its importance in the series' through that particular arc.

There’s also the antagonist, a usurper in the Kimba the White Lion (named Bubu) who bears a striking resemblance to Scar (both have scars across their right eyes) and plays a similar role in the plot line.
